The Centre for Multidisciplinary Research, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CMRIE) is envisioned as a proactive embodiment of excellence, leveraging quality research, innovation & entrepreneurship. The Centre is an amalgamation of activities (Research, Innovation & Entrepreneurship) for improved co-ordination, compounded results &sustainable growth of college and ecosystem. The Centre intends to support novel research ideas & projects. It also co-ordinates the activities done under Institution Innovation Council (IIC), Entrepreneurship Development Cell (ED cell) & National Innovation & Start-up Policy (NISP). Centre aims to emerge as astate-of-the-artresource entityfacilitating students & faculty towards quality research, innovation & entrepreneurship.

Our Vission & Mission
Vision
The Centre aims to house & govern various research, innovative & entrepreneurial activities running in the College under one umbrella for its effective execution, funding & end results. The centre targets to inculcate, enrich and nurture innovative, research, entrepreneurial environment & start-up culture in and around the college. It aspires to do so by creating an easily accessible and exhaustive set of resources for the young entrepreneurs (students) faculty, alumni and mentors.
Mission
The mission is to encourage entrepreneurial endeavours by providing pre-incubation setup and transforming the same into a successful enterprise. The Centre aims for an overall growth and development of women and encourages them to start their own researchor business enterprise.Centre specially promotes social entrepreneurship.

- To facilitate quality research, paper publication, patents &technology transfer.
- To devise novel technology and processes for consumer oriented niche areas.

- To support research mindset, innovative & entrepreneurial approach amongst the students

Key Initiatives
- Celebration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav by organizing National Seminar entitled “Vishva Guru Bharat: Exploring the glorious past, promising present and future roadmap.
- Cultivation and fostering start-up ecosystem by Entrepreneurship Development Cell ED cell under the Centre.
- Establishment of Institution Innovation Council (IIC) in collaboration with MoE, GOI.
- Formulation and implementation of National Innovation & Start-up Policy (NISP).
- Supporting research among undergraduate students and faculty.
- Publication of International Journal on multidisciplinary research under the center.
- Establishment of Technology Business Incubator (TBI) funded by MSME.
- Social entrepreneurship venture including mushroom cultivation and vermi-composting.
- Lecture and webinar series.
- Organizing International conference on Innovations and Ideas towards Patents.
